WARRANTY & SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR -PETERBOROUGH
We have a vacancy for an additional Warranty & Service Administrator to join our busy team in Peterborough and supporting our activities at Norwich and our regional accounts team.
Open to anyone, this is a key position within our organisation and one which requires the right level of skill and commitment to getting the job done right every time at the crucial point of closing workshop jobs and final invoicing and submitting claims to manufacturers.
Key Aspects of the Role
Reporting to the Regional Service Administration Team Leader, providing a right-first-time delivery of customer invoices and manufacturer claim submission.
Support the processing of manufacturer self billing invoices.
Achieve service department key performance indicators. (KPI’s)
Build customer and manufacturer relationships and enhance their perception of our business.
Liaison with customers, keeping them informed of work in progress and obtaining authorisation and purchase order numbers where necessary.
Liaison with colleagues ensuring good communication and clear understanding of each others needs.
Key Result Areas
Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
Decision making within given parameters and in the absence of supervision.
Achievement of Manufacturer led initiatives including KPI’s and audit results.
Maximum claim and invoice accuracy.
Help identify and achieve process improvements.
Growth of labour productivity and gross profit.
Improvement on Customer Satisfaction Survey.
